During these 3 days, you will receive 4 Kundalini Activation Transmissions as well as other moments together that will support your integration process. You will have time to receive these activations and to integrate them in your space alone, as well as with the other participants. It will also be the opportunity to connect with link minded people and share a beautiful and unique time with each other.

Sofia is a passionate Kundalini Energy Facilitator (Non-dual) and Kundalini bodywork & de-armoring Therapist.
Following a profound Kundalini awakening within her, this experience ignited a calling to work with this transformative energy and share it with others.
Since then, she has undergone professional trainings to create sacred spaces for others, guiding them to access their life force energy and inner wisdom.
Having guided hundreds of people with this energy, it is both an honor and a joy for her to witness your growth and evolution as you explore the depths of your energetic body and Kundalini energy together. The retreat prices provided do not include flights or transportation. You will be responsible for arranging your own flights and transportation to Domaine de Chenou. The estate is conveniently located approximately 1h45 minutes from both Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris-Orly Airport.
NOTE : A WhatsApp group will be created among the participants for carpooling purposes, allowing everyone to arrive together at the retreat.

BY TRAINDeparture Point: Begin your journey at Gare de Lyon, one of the major train stations in Paris.
Destination: Your destination station is Souppes - Château-Landon (also known as Souppes-sur-Loing). This station is accessible by taking the Transilien GAMO train "R".
Local Transport to Domain of Chenou: From Souppes - Château-Landon station, you can book a taxi to reach Chenou, which is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Taxi services are usually available outside the train station, or you can pre-book a taxi in advance.
